The banding system PROBAND creates stable, eco-friendly and user-friendly multipacks from individual products —  entirely without shrink film. The machine was designed to significantly reduce energy consumption and material use, while improving carrying comfort for consumers. 

Replacing conventional shrink-wrap packaging, the multipacker produces resource-efficient  banded bundles and enables shorter, more efficient production processes. It can be integrated into existing packaging lines or run as a stand-alone unit, making it ideal for seasonal production without requiring major line modifications. 

Our banding system PROBAND HU is particularly suitable for beverage manufacturers and FMCG producers seeking sustainable packaging solutions that support modern retail and environmental expectations. 

 Technical Features & Functionality 

The modular multipacker enables flexible formation of 2- to 6-pack bundles. Each banding unit processes up to 25 bundles per minute and  can be paired with a high-performance handle  applicator to ensure consistent production throughput. Multiple modules can be run in parallel to scale performance based on production requirements.
