Er bietet eine sichere und gleichmäßige Umwicklung der Palette mit Stretchfolie – schnell, zuverlässig und für hohe Taktzahlen konzipiert.
- Ringwickler mit variabler Vorreckung
Die Variante PROWRAPP FLEX ermöglicht eine individuell einstellbare Folienvorreckung von bis zu 250 %.
Dadurch sparen Sie Folienmaterial und passen den Wickelprozess optimal an Produkte mit unterschiedlichen Formen oder Stabilitätsanforderungen an.
- Optional Decklblattaufleger
Der automatische Deckblattaufleger ermöglicht den vollflächigen Wetterschutz der Palette.
Ein Deckblatt wird automatisch aufgelegt, fixiert und mit eingestretcht – ideal für den Außenlagerbetrieb oder transportempfindliche Ware.
- Optional Doppelwirkende Klemmeinrichtung mit Schweißsystem
Für noch mehr Automatisierung sorgt die doppelwirkende Klemmeinheit, die Folienanfang und -ende automatisch klemmt, verschweißt und sauber trennt.
