The pallet wrapping machine from project ensures safe, consistent, and time-saving pallet packaging. The automated wrapping process optimizes both labor time and film usage while maintaining high packaging quality.   • Automatic Ring Wrapper

The basic version of the PROWRAPP is a fully automatic stretch wrapper with a rotating ring drive.
It ensures safe and consistent wrapping of pallets with stretch film – fast, reliable, and designed for high throughput..

  • Ring Wrapper with Variable Pre-Stretch

The PROWRAPP FLEX version allows for individually adjustable film pre-stretch of up to 250%.
This reduces film consumption and allows you to optimally adapt the wrapping process to products with different shapes or stability requirements.

  • Optional Top Sheet Applicator

The automatic top sheet applicator provides complete weather protection for pallets.
A top sheet is automatically placed, fixed, and wrapped in with the film – ideal for outdoor storage or products sensitive to transport conditions.

  • Optional Double-Acting Clamping Unit with Sealing System

For even greater automation, the double-acting clamping unit automatically grips, seals, and neatly cuts the film at the start and end of each cycle.
This means: no manual intervention, faster cycles, and consistent wrapping quality.
