Our labeling solution is a compact, fully automated labeling system designed for precise and efficient application of labels on pallets, barrels and packaged goods. 
It allows flexible configuration of label position and quantity, accommodating various product sizes, shapes,and layout requirements. 

Thanks to intelligent robot placement, PROLABEL can label multiple sides of a pallet or package – up to five sides depending on configuration. 
The system integrates seamlessly into existing production or packaging lines, ideally positioned after a palletizer or stretch wrapper to create fully shipping-ready pallets.

3-Side Label Applicator – PROLABEL C130 

The PROLABEL C130 is a compact, fully automatic label applicator developed for precise identification and labeling of pallets and packages. 
It offers flexible control over label placement and quantity, covering various product sizes and layouts. 

With three-side labeling capability, it ensures comprehensive product marking without manual intervention. 
Equipped with a collaborative robot (cobot), the C130 can safely operate next to human workers without requiring bulky safety enclosures. 

This collaborative labeling solution integrates seamlessly into existing production lines and can be combined with conveyor systems or other automation modules. 
Optional sensor and software packages can be added for label verification and quality assurance, ensuring consistent results and compliance with logistics standards. 

 

5-Side Label Applicator – PROLABEL R150 

The PROLABEL R150 is a high-performance labeling system designed for multi-side labeling of pallets and packages — up to five sides in a single process. Its overhead-mounted robotic arm enables full 360° labeling, even for large or tall products. 

Label position and quantity can be freely configured to match specific product or customer requirements. 
The R150 integrates easily into continuous production environments and operates reliably under industrial conditions. 

Optional upgrades include label sensors, automatic format changeover and data interfaces to MES or ERP systems for real-time production monitoring and traceability.
